This open crown hat is made in black and white two-tone colors of 4-layers Abaca.  This style is flexible to shape on either side of the hat.  This means that the hat can be worn either way:  the crown  turned upside down can be the brim and vice versa.  Trickles of large cowry shells embellish the hat band.  Stying becomes more fun by inserting a Tasha! Hat pin  or Hair pin (sold separately).
